Development Motion ("we", "us") is a web design studio based in Duluth, Minnesota. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it — in plain English.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you type into our quote/contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your business name, the service you're interested in, a budget range, and your message. We don't require an account, and we don't collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your free quote.
- To communicate with you about a project you've asked us about.
That's it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and a notification email is delivered to our business inbox via Resend, our email provider. This website is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations. All traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS.
Cookies & tracking
We use Google Ads conversion measurement on this site. If you arrive here by clicking one of our Google ads, Google may set a cookie so we can tell that the ad led to a quote request. It counts conversions; we don't use it to build profiles of you, and we don't sell or share this data. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Beyond that, we may use essential browser storage (for example, remembering which service you selected before opening the quote form) — this stays on your device and identifies nothing about you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email support@developmentmotion.dev or call (218) 606-2581 and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
